In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no trackers or analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers, not even fonts.

Visiting the website

The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen) in Germany. To deliver the page, the server necessarily processes your IP address, the time, the requested address and the information sent by your browser. We do not keep access logs. Web server error messages may contain your IP address; they are used only for troubleshooting and to fend off attacks and are overwritten continuously. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with Hetzner is in place (Art. 28 GDPR).

Light or dark

If you use the switch at the top right, your browser stores your choice locally (localStorage, key oai-theme). It is never sent to us, and nothing is stored unless you click. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. You can delete the entry in your browser settings at any time.

Contact by email or phone

If you write or call, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about an order or quote, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Email runs on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin) with storage in EU data centres under a data processing agreement. We delete your request once it is settled, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–18, 20, 21 GDPR). Write to datenschutz@oberland-ai.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

The German version (Datenschutz) is the legally binding one.
